Black Girl Magic is a term used to celebrate the strength and beauty of black women. When the phrase "black girl magic" is used, it is usually associated with or used to describe an accomplishment or feat that is above average. The term "Black Excellence" is also used for this purpose as a gender-neutral alternative. Black Girl Magic is also used to draw attention to a beautiful black girl or woman and is often accompanied by the hashtag #blackgirlmagic on social media.
